A coil type boiler is water tube design, the water travels through the coil and is surrounded with flue gases. The steam generated is directly fed to the process. There is no scope for steam storage as these are once through type boiler.

A THERMIC FLUID HEATER is an industrial heating equipment, used where only heat transfers are desired instead of pressure. In this equipment, a thermic fluid is circulated in the entire system for heat transfers to the desired processes. Combustion process heats up the thermic fluid and this fluid carries and rejects this heat to the desired fluid for concluding the processes. After rejecting it, this fluid comes back again to the thermic fluid heater and this cycle goes on. HEATER Construction is Four Pass Coil Type having single radiant & Double convective Coiles With Shell. • Designed with proper grate area and furnace volume for efficient burning of solid fuels. • Proper Furnace Volume is provided For Liquid and Gaseous Fuels for better Combustion Efficiencies.. • Higher boiler efficiencies as designed properly with required heating surface areas based on Fuel Type. • Available for liquid fuels like LDO/HSD/FO/LSHS, Gaseous fuels like Natural Gas/LPG/Bio-gas and Solid Fuels like Bagasse, Husk, Wood, Coal and other Agro-Wastes. • Consistent and trouble free performance under 'Normal Operating Conditions'. • Capacities from 1,00,000 kcal/hr to 100,00,000 kcal/hr with Maximum Thermic Fluid Temperatures ranging From 280 to 400 deg.C. depending on the applications.
